Most items are shipped within 48 hours of purchase. Standard delivery is via USPS or UPS. Standard delivery time is 3-7 business days within the U.S. When possible you'll receive tracking information when your order ships.
Occasionally we choose to use other carriers. If you need to use a specific carrier please let us know.
Our shipping rates are based on weight and dimension and are calculated automatically when you check out. For most shipments you will be offered a few different shipping methods from which to choose. We also offer flat rates for certain drop ship items. We may not be able to have drop shipped items sent at a quicker rate than 3-5 business days. Please contact us directly if you require a faster shipping option or international delivery.
Day Moments is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they're in the hands of the carrier. We will, however, attempt to provide you with tracking information so you can file a claim with the carrier if necessary.
Day Moments is not responsible for shipping charges if a package is refused or if a customer provides an incorrect shipping address. Day Moments is not responsible for any damage that occurs to an item during the shipping process. Please contact us if your items arrive damaged, and we can help you file a claim with the postal service to be reimbursed.
